The Planning and Zoning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit CUP25018 on June 25 to allow a 150‑foot monopole telecommunications tower on a heavy industrial parcel at 7270 Loop Road in the Doney Park area. Planning staff presented photo simulations and coverage maps showing an existing gap in building and vehicle signal coverage that the proposed tower would address.
