The board also approved two related cases for the same property owners at 936 Red Fox Road (25‑30 and 25‑31): a $4,500 lien for 45 days of noncompliance on one violation and an $11,250 lien for 45 days on a related violation. All fines were ordered to continue accruing at the per‑day rates shown in staff recommendations until each violation is corrected.
Code enforcement staff reported reinspections for the properties and told the board they had not confirmed compliance on the most recent on‑site checks. Board members moved and seconded acceptance of staff recommendations and voted to impose the liens as listed on the agenda. The orders will be recorded as liens against the affected properties unless owners bring the properties into compliance and coordinate with county staff.
