Daryl Mac Cook of Cobb County Procurement Services read the firms that submitted: Catalyst Courts and Land Records LLC; Connectrix; Ecortdate; Fildware LLC; Journal Technologies Inc.; Judicial Alternatives of Georgia; R2 Technologies Corporation; Step Mobile; and Tyler Technologies Inc. Mac Cook noted the RFP opening had been postponed from June 12 to June 26.
No award was made at the opening. The county will evaluate proposals under the RFP criteria, which commonly include technical capability, references and price, and then recommend a contract award through the usual procurement process.
