La Center City Council approved a contract amendment on June 25 to increase the city—s existing WSP contract for the comprehensive-plan and development-regulations periodic update by up to $89,917, bringing the contract total to $331,415. The amendment also includes approximately $9,600 set aside as a contingency (about 12 percent).
