County Attorney Moore read the first ordinance, introduced by Councilman Riley, for a conditional use in an AR‑1 Agricultural Residential district for a self‑storage facility and office on a parcel approximately seven acres in size. Moore then introduced a second ordinance, in Councilman Hudson’s district, for a conditional use plan in AR‑1 for multifamily dwellings on roughly 2.18 acres.
Council did not take final action; both items were introduced to begin the public‑hearing process required by county code.
