The Planning Commission recommended amending the future land use designation and forwarding a rezoning recommendation to the county for about 5.01 acres on Murfreesboro Road. The applicant, Jimmy Comer, requested a future land use change from mixed housing to interchange commercial and rezoning from agricultural to Highway Commercial (C‑3).
