The Jackson County Legislature introduced an ordinance to repeal section 5-5-7-7 of the Jackson County Code (title 19, chapter 84) relating to possession of firearms and age restrictions and to enact two replacement sections, 5-5-7-7 and 5-5-7-8, on the same subject. The item was presented to the legislature and referred to committee.
