The court also approved Smith Meadows Estates No. 2 in Precinct 3 and a single-lot plat for Romaine Estates in Precinct 4. Staff described each as meeting requirements.
All three motions carried by voice vote; no conditions, bonds, or waivers beyond those previously recorded (the April variance for Bearman) were read into the public minutes during the session.
