Commission authorizes interlocal agreement for SPEX Forensics fingerprint system
The commission authorized the city manager to enter an interlocal agreement with PRPC and other participants to access the SPEX Forensics automated fingerprint identification system. Staff said the arrangement carries no direct city cost unless infrastructure or VPN fees arise and that PRPC has funds to help with such costs.
