Representative Collin raised a point of order on final reading of House Bill 2,054, saying she did not see the bill on any floor calendars received for floor action and that colleagues had not seen it either. "I believe that bills are required to be, put on a floor calendar the day before they're voted," Collin said, arguing members lacked sufficient notice.
