Landfill operator reports new gas wells, expanded cell and potential RNG project
County landfill staff and contractor reported installation of 19 gas wells, enlargement of an upcoming cell from about 4.5 to 9 acres, slope seeding and drainage repairs; a renewable natural gas project is under consideration for 2027 pending corporate approval.
