Plan commission approves CRC resolution amending Old Town EDA allocation areas
The Plan Commission voted June 17 to find the Carmel Redevelopment Commission’s amendment to the Old Town Economic Development Area in conformance with the comprehensive plan. The amendment creates a new North End Phase 3 allocation area and removes parcels from the Smoky and Monon Phase 2 allocation area.
