Revco Ventures and Northmark Construction presented a preliminary concept for an 11.7-acre self-storage development and parcel subdivision near Route 20. The developer plans to submit a zoning application; trustees raised concerns about access, phasing, screening and the nearby traffic circle.

Jeff Pelak of Revco Ventures and Northmark Construction presented a preliminary site plan for a self-storage project on an 11.7-acre parcel that would be subdivided to leave a 2.6-acre commercial parcel in front and a 7.94-acre mini-storage site at the rear.
