Palm View — The City Council on Tuesday held public hearings on three land‑use items: a request to rezone a 10‑acre tract on Benson Grove Drive to neighborhood commercial, a request to rezone a Mesquite Hollow property along FM 492 to heavy commercial for a proposed heavy‑truck business and parking facility, and a conditional use permit to allow a mobile office for Eagle Mobile Offices on West Loop 374.
