"Good morning. We are here today to do 4 RFQ and RFP openings for the recreation department," said Christina Backs, county clerk, as she and Shelly McDaniel, recreation department director, read aloud and recorded the submissions. Backs told attendees that the packet for RFP 2506, the concessionaire proposal, had no responses.
