Commission approves several subdivision variances and replats with sidewalk plat notes
The planning and zoning commission approved multiple final replats and subdivision variances — including lot-width reductions and preliminary-plat waivers — and attached plat notes or conditions for sidewalks to be constructed at time of development for certain lots.

At the May 22 special meeting, the City of Eagle Pass planning and zoning commission considered and approved a group of subdivision-variance and final-replat requests that included sidewalk-waiver petitions, lot-size and lot-width reductions, and a pathway for handling sidewalks at the time of development.
