County engineering staff reported to the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors on June 10 that a nearly 5‑mile paving project has been completed and that a separate Dubuque River culvert replacement began yesterday, closing Dubuque Road between the Raymond city limits and the work zone for much of the summer.
