The Provo City Planning Commission unanimously approved a project plan on June 11 for a 62‑unit townhome development in the Pro A36 Spring Creek high‑occupancy zone at 1225 East 1600 South. Nancy Robinson, Development Services staff, presented the application and recommended approval.
