The Denison Planning and Zoning Commission on May 27 approved a replat that replaces and consolidates lots at the Blake Utter Ford property to allow completion of a maintenance building site plan.
Staff said the replat — creating Block 1, Lot 1R by replacing Lots 1 and 2 in the Blake Utter addition and adjusting Westgate Addition lots — responds to a prior April 22 site‑plan recommendation and is required before final building permits will be issued for the accessory maintenance building. The site is split‑zoned (commercial and planned development) and sits within the highway overlay; access is available from Ansley Boulevard and U.S. 75. The applicant was not present at the hearing; staff recommended approval and commissioners agreed. The motion to approve the replat carried by voice vote.
