"Staff would recommend that we approve the final change order and make the final payment in the amount of $15,063.34 to ANC Excavating LLC," Anderson said.
Council Member Jim moved to approve the final change order and acknowledge the final pay request; Council Member John seconded the motion and the council voted to approve closing the project and issuing the final payment.
