Board action: the Board approved consent agenda change orders and funding items tied to many capital projects at the June 11 meeting (consent items 11.02 through 11.22 were approved 4‑0, including EMS related work); a larger network cabling change order (11.01) was pulled for discussion and approved separately.
Operational context: staff noted capital projects and facilities teams coordinate with teaching and learning to minimize student disruption; some projects may have schedules that extend into the school year and staff will communicate impacts to sites ahead of time.
