The Monroe Planning Commission on June 9 voted to adopt findings of fact and conclusions of law and recommended that the City Council approve proposed amendments to Chapter 22.88 of the Monroe Municipal Code and adopt the 2025–2029 City of Monroe Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) plan.
