Claims read into the record included: Dallas Cernich ($200, demolition bond refund), Dylan Matthews ($400, demo bond refund), Ray's Heating and Sheet Metal LLC ($1,000, completion of demo at 3307 Busch), Kendrick Henningson ($585, refund of season golf pass and cart), and Angel Lampert ($3,925.23, refund of tax assignment). Chairwoman Michelle Shea moved to approve the claims as presented.
Commissioner Dan Callahan raised concerns about inconsistent notation on the claims run, saying the way the items are listed sometimes shows "inspected" then "passed" and sometimes lacks inspection notation. He told the committee, "This is the time I've seen any mention of inspection on the claims run," and asked for more consistent documentation. County legal staff advised that, while the claims appeared in order and bond refunds were routine, the forms should be made consistent.
With that guidance, the committee approved the claims; the motion passed unanimously.
