The Paulding County Board of Commissioners approved three planning and zoning items recommended by the Paulding County Planning Commission: a rezoning application by Russell W. Tibbetts to change 28.05 acres from R-2 and A-1 to R-1 rural residential (application 2025-09-Z), a land-use permit for an archery range and events on 27.34 acres by Michael Shannon Watson (application 2025-02-LUP) with seven stipulations, and a zoning ordinance text amendment (ordinance 2025-05) that updates multiple sections of the unified development ordinance.
