The Raymore City Council on Monday discussed stormwater and subdivision-adjacency concerns before disposing of the Timber Ridge final plat (Bill 39-68). A motion to postpone consideration until a stormwater management plan was published for public review within 90 days failed on a 2-6 vote; the council then proceeded with the original motion to approve the final plat.
