The North Ridgeville Planning Commission voted June 10 to recommend that City Council rezone two parcels on Lorraine Road so Harvest Ridge Church can expand east of its existing campus.
Planning and Development Director Lieber told the commission the proposal would rezone parcel 07-00-024-101-101 (35544 Lorraine Road) and a portion of 07-00-024-101-109 (35600 Lorraine Road) from I-2 light industrial to R-1 residence district.
