APC approves several small parcel rezonings for single‑family homes; one B‑1 to R‑2 request granted in Westport

At its June 4 meeting the Decatur County Area Plan Commission approved multiple rezoning petitions to permit detached single‑family dwellings, including Jeffrey Amor’s B‑1 to R‑2 conversion in Westport and Tyler Brown and Tina Watt’s A‑1 to A‑2 petitions. All were approved by voice vote or roll call without added conditions.
