The Baldwin County Commission approved a locally funded County-Municipal Transportation Infrastructure Partnership that commits $30 million in county funds to be matched by municipalities, and approved an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Gulf Shores for Kenner Road 6 improvements at State Route 59.
