Red Bank staff present $15,000/year on-call data-analyst contract for decision support
City staff recommended awarding an on-call data-analyst services contract to BuzzClan LLC after a national solicitation; the agreement would be paid from FY26 funds and support tax-rate analysis, capital planning and other data efforts.

Mister Grama, a staff member, told the commission that the city issued a request for statements of qualifications for on-call data-analyst services (RFQ 250302) and convened a selection panel on April 25. Out of 11 responses, the panel selected BuzzClan LLC as the most qualified firm.
