At its May 20 meeting the Cook County Housing Redevelopment Authority approved Resolution 2505 to work with local developers on an I Triple R grant application for the North Scoggin project and to commit $100,000 from previously earmarked ARPA funds as a local match.

Cook County Housing Redevelopment Authority on May 20 approved Resolution 2505 authorizing staff to work with Jane Penner, Nana Push LLC and Kim Wolf of Timberwolf Realty to submit an application to I Triple R for the North Scoggin housing project and to use up to $100,000 in previously earmarked ARPA funds as the HRA match.
