Howard County Recorder adds Zillow as bulk user, raises image fee to $0.20 per image
The county recorder approved a bulk user agreement adding Zillow as a subscriber and set the per‑image fee to $0.20 starting June 1; the recorder said Fiddler (software vendor) will receive 4¢ and the county will receive 16¢ per image.
