Rita Croy, applicant for Roxy Turpin, asked Madison County to rezone and split a 7.79-acre parcel at 585 Loop Road in Commerce from R to R‑1 in order to create a 3.347-acre lot to sell and a 3.474-acre lot to retain while settling an estate.
