Committee staff summarized edits that affect a task force created to study a performance venue or convention center. The content of the task force’s charge remained substantially the same, but the House version added one seat: the chair of the regional planning commissions (RPCs) or a designee. Staff said the House also replaced a reference to “the secretary of ACCD” with the commissioner of the Department of Economic Development.
