Commissioner DuBose presented a request from Penwall Marina (Precinct 2) for an exemption from Polk County RV park development rules to permit the installation of electrical connections at four existing RV sites. Court materials stated the RV park has been in existence for more than 30 years and requested an exemption to the development plan requirement for the four preexisting sites while agreeing to comply with current guidelines for any new sites.
