ANGLETON, Texas — The Angleton Planning and Zoning Commission voted Jan. 2 to recommend that City Council approve rezoning roughly 2.359 acres behind 105 Cemetery Road from a multifamily district to light industrial with a planned-development (PD) overlay to permit limited recreational-vehicle and boat parking.
The rezoning recommendation, made during a public hearing, was based on staff findings and subject to conditions listed on page 17 of the commission packet. The motion to approve and forward the request to City Council was moved by Ms. Townsend and seconded by Ms. Berry and carried on a voice vote.
