The Capital Construction Subcommittee's continuing resolution (Senate Bill 5,546) was reported out to allow agencies without adopted budgets to continue to spend at one-eighth of prior biennium levels through Sept. 15, 2025; the Department of Administrative Services will set specific amounts by rule.
