The Flagler Beach City Commission on May 22 approved multiple land‑use and public‑facility updates. The commission adopted comprehensive‑plan amendments to incorporate state legislation related to housing, energy and resiliency, and also adopted an updated water‑supply facility work plan required by Florida statutes. Both measures were approved on second reading by unanimous vote.
