Developers for Pangea Dimensions LLC told the Oshkosh City Redevelopment Authority (RDA) on Wednesday that work on a proposed 24-unit workforce housing project has advanced and that they are seeking an extension to the project's previously established deadlines.
City planner Sarah Hussain told the RDA that the team "has been working with multiple departments and divisions on their plan and have had a pre-submittal meeting with our DRC," and that the developers also met with the Department of Public Works engineering division about laterals and utilities. She said a developer's agreement has been drafted and the applicant is finalizing rezoning and site-review applications that the city expects to receive this week.
