Council approves ADA engineering contract and authorizes TAP sidewalk application for downtown improvements

The Prattville City Council on Tuesday approved two actions to advance downtown pedestrian and sidewalk improvements: a construction engineering and inspection (CEI) agreement with Krebs Engineering Inc. for ADA compliance work, and a resolution authorizing submission of an Alabama Department of Transportation Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant application for sidewalks on Washington Ferry Road, Selma Highway and McGriff Street.
