Kane County approved a $90,901 amendment to Baxter & Woodman's phase 1 engineering services for the Galligan Road project (Freeman Road to Binney Road) after the Illinois Department of Transportation requested additional crash, intersection alternatives and drainage analyses; the amendment also extends the agreement term to April 30, 2026.
