Committee presses staff on enforcement, missing violations spreadsheet and increasing unauthorized signs

Members asked staff for a standing violations spreadsheet and reported numerous unauthorized sidewalk and plaque additions; they discussed coordinating with the new police chief for sidewalk-sign enforcement and noted the Jack and Charlie's application was sent back by the full board for revisions.
