Kara Eck, representing her aunt Donna Kane, asked the Madison County Planning and Zoning Committee to approve an 8.1-acre split from a 23.6-acre parcel at 333 Sailors Road in Hall so Kane can sell the portion to a family member and bring the remaining acreage into compliance with zoning regulations. The committee recommended approval and will forward the recommendation to the Board of Commissioners.
