Parks Department staff presented a proposed $1,015,000 renovation for the Racquet Center that would address interior finishes, upper-level tile replacement, restroom upgrades to meet ADA standards, storefront door replacement and a replacement/expansion of the outdoor deck, which staff said shows structural rot.
