Superintendent or staff presenter Dan said the district is not receiving monetary compensation for use of the land but is receiving programmatic benefits for students in the FFA program. He also described the agreement as intended to be annual to preserve district flexibility if property needs change. After board discussion the motion to approve the lease was seconded and passed on roll call.
