Commissioners approve two Pahrump master-plan changes for Mountain Falls and Binion properties
The Nye County Board approved two separate master-plan/zone-change requests tied to large Pahrump developments: an expansion of the Mountain Falls planned community and a mixed-use master-plan application for the former Binion (Mac LLC) parcel north of Wilson Road. Both approvals proceed to development-agreement negotiations.
