The Lewiston City Council unanimously declared Parcel 09-024-0003 surplus and approved Resolution 25-02 as amended to dispose of the parcel to an offer from Cache Valley Bank/George Danans, with a permanent restriction tying the parcel to Parcel 09-024-0001 for parking or drive-through use; the parcel was appraised at $9,500.
