The City Commission on Thursday approved ordinance 25‑O‑3 to contract approximately 0.7 acres at 2201 Main Street — removing the parcel from Dunedin city limits and placing it within the City of Clearwater — so a freestanding emergency department that spans parcels in both cities can be developed and permitted under a single jurisdiction.
