Committee clears change to GoTeach scholarship order so program dollars can be used before TOPS
The panel approved a technical change to GoTeach scholarship language to allow the GoTeach award to count before TOPS in the funding order, enabling GoTeach to cover tuition, fees and materials while TOPS addresses room and board.
