Staff noted none of the properties are listed on local or state historic surveys and listed routine permit conditions (tree/silt fencing, well/septic capping, and permanent stabilization).

The Design Review Board approved three demolition requests for properties in the rural Milton overlay: 140 Ranchette Road, 15245 Birmingham Highway and 13890 Cowork Road. Staff recommended approval in each case and recommended standard conditions for demolition activity.
