Conference members discussed a separate $11,000,000 agreement between the Green Mountain Care Board and the UVM Health Network to support primary care services. Conferees said the funds will be administered by the Green Mountain Care Board and UVM Network, and the committee asked for a report on how those funds are distributed before making any adjustments to state appropriations that could duplicate the private funding.
